A sunny sign of spring for the woodland garden. Native to Europe and Asia, but has naturalized in North America as it self-seeds to form little colonies. More tolerant of heat, humidity, and dry shade than other primroses. Award of Garden Merit.
Part shade. Height 6-8″. Spread 4-6″. Deer and rabbit tolerant. Zones 3-8.
