Formosa Lily
This lovely lily blooms freely in late summer. Plants bloom in the first year from seed and, therefore, are excellent candidates for naturalizing.
Formosa lilies take up very little space so tuck them in with your grasses or plant them with spring-blooming perennials to extend the bloom season in your garden. Attractive seed heads form after flowering so leave them on for the full show.
Full-part sun. Good drainage. Height 2-4′. Native to Taiwan (Formosa Island). Zones 5-8.
