Here’s an old-fashioned favorite you might remember from your grandmother’s garden. A plethora of lavender, pink, and white orchid-shaped flowers bloom non-stop on lush green foliage summer through fall.

Shady, wet areas are its most favorite locales. Poor Man’s Orchid is native to the Himalayas. Cut back seed pods if reseeding is not desired.
