Lilafee Fairy Wings
Lilafee has a superb foliage and flower display. Leaves emerge bronze-purple in spring before changing to green and then red later in the season. Sprays of amethyst-purple flowers with long white spurs hover gracefully far above the foliage in mid-spring.
An excellent, easily managed groundcover that is beautiful when planted en masse under trees, in woodland gardens, and along borders. Cut back old leaves in late winter for best floral display.
Full-part shade. Height 12-18″. Spread 8-18″. Zones 5-8.
