Nodding Onion

This summer-flowering native blooms with gusto. Clusters of starry pink flowers bloom in abundance on nodding stems. Drought tolerant, deer and rabbit resistant, semi-evergreen, and native. Nodding onion looks equally great in formal gardens as well as in native, meadow, prairie, and container gardens.

Full sun. 18-24”. Clumps slowly increase in size or allow to self-sow for broad sweeps of color. Zones 3-9.
