Bring subtle elegance to shade and woodland gardens with this cross between A. aesthusifolius and A. dioicus. Fern-like leaves turn brilliant red in fall. Attracts pollinators, including larvae of dusky azure butterfly. Best in moist soils.

Part shade. Height 30-40”. Spread 20-30”. Heat tolerant. Zones 4-7.
