Crocus-like, 1-2″ white flowers with dramatic golden stamens are born above clumps of narrow, grass-like leaves summer to fall.
Plants burst into bloom after a hard rain triggering flowering. Breath-taking when grown as a mass planting. Simply beautiful as a specimen or in containers.
Full-part sun. Moist, well-drained soils. Height 6-9″. Bulbs can be lifted or grown in a container and easily brought into a frost-free area. Zones 7-10.
