This little jewel has gorgeous silvery, veined, heart-shaped foliage and trailing stems with lavender flowers early spring until fall. Versatile choice for the shade garden—use as a groundcover under trees and in front of shrubs for patches of color. Good in groupings and containers. Native to the southeast and Appalachians.
Full-part shade. Height 3-5″. Spread 10-15″. Drought tolerant once established. Zones 5-8.
