What’s that low hum? Why it’s the pollinators who absolutely adore this plant! Small green to brownish-red flowers bloom throughout the summer and are never without pollinator visitors. Oval, mid-green leaves are odorous making them unattractive to furry critters like deer and rabbits.
Easy to grow and reseeds nicely in wildflower gardens and naturalized settings. Multiple medicinal and herbal uses. Native to damp, shady streams and woodlands so tolerates wet soil.
