A calming herb with sweet daisy flowers that is often used in teas for its many health benefits. These benefits include stimulation of the immune system, aiding digestion, treating insomnia, and travel sickness, as well as children’s complaints like teething and colic.
To make a tea, collect flowers when fully opened, place in a tea ball or strainer and steep in hot water. Flowers are best used when fresh or frozen. Good cut flower.
