Soft and fuzzy large maple-like leaves form mounds of attractive foliage in full to part shade. This eastern US native blooms late summer to fall with full panicles of creamy white flowers attracting hummingbirds and diminutive bees. Lovely en masse and can be used as a groundcover. A seed strain collected at the nursery.
Full-part shade. Height and spread 12-18”. Average to moist soils with good drainage. Heat and humidity tolerant. Deer resistant. Zones 3-8.
