Deep Blue and White Columbine
A profusion of long-spurred, dark indigo-blue and white flowers bloom in late spring above dark green, deeply cut foliage. Flowers are upward facing for a gorgeous array of blues.
Welcome addition to many types of gardens (woodland, meadow, border) where it can naturalize beautifully. Good in containers, too. Excellent cut flower (lasts 2 weeks in a vase!).
Rich, moist soils in part shade are best. Height and Spread 1-2′. Rabbit resistant. Zones 4-9.
