English Thyme

Thyme is used to flavor soups, fish, meat, poultry, and eggs. It is very good in tomato and mushroom sauces. Thyme is high in antioxidant properties as well as containing vitamins C, D, and B complex. Medicinal purposes include reducing fever and aiding in fighting colds, flu, bronchitis, and sore throat. Tiny lilac flowers bloom in early summer attracting bees.

Grow in full sun with good drainage. Height 6″. Spread 8″. Zones 4-8.
