Large, deep blue tubular flowers with thick black calyxes bloom summer-frost. A big hummingbird attractor. Large deep green leaves give the garden a lush feel.

Full-part sun. Average to moist soils. Tomato cage or stake for strength during summer storms. Height 5′. Spread 3′. Zones 7-10.
