Carolina Phlox Kim
A Mt. Cuba favorite thanks to its magenta-pink flowers that literally blanket the lime-green, narrow-leaved foliage from May to September. Not only that, but its lush, vigorous habit is sturdy and disease-free (no powdery mildew!! yay!) throughout the season making Kim an all-around trial winner.
Excellent nectar source as well as a cover for native birds and insects. Discovered by Jan Midgley in the wilds of Alabama and now right at home in the front of any garden border.
Full-part sun. Height 2′. Spread 4′. Native. Zones 5-8.
3.5″ pot
