Electric blue stems and flowers with silvery skirts June-August. Flowers are nectar rich and attract butterflies, pollinators, and hummingbirds. A real stand out in the garden and the vase. Very good cut flower that also dries well. Perfect for naturalistic gardens pairing well with grasses, cup plant, sunflowers, and other wild flowers.
Full sun. Good drainage. Height and spread 2-3’. Deer and rabbit resistant. Drought tolerant. Zones 5-9.
