This cousin to butterfly weed blooms all summer to frost nonstop. Showy flowers are followed by 3” pointed fruits with silky seeds. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. Excellent for attracting monarch butterflies and caterpillars.
Grow in full sun in average soils. Native to South America. Height 2-3′. Spread 1′. Tender perennial with some reseeding. Deer resistant. Zones 8b-11.
