Violet-blue bottlebrush flowers bloom summer to fall. Attracts butterflies, hummingbirds, and honeybees. Also known as Korean mint, the leaves make a nice anise-flavored tea that aids in digestion. It is a warming herb. Deer and rabbit resistant. Short-lived perennial (2-3 years), so allow to reseed. Deadhead for continuous bloom.
Grow in full to part sun. Height and spread 3′ x 3′. Zones 5-9.
